Where are you located?

We are located on Graystone Street in Tingalpa, Brisbane 4173. Our event space is a short 20 minute drive from the Brisbane CBD, 10 minute drive from the Brisbane Domestic & International Airport and 1hr away from the Gold Coast.

What is the space capacity?

The event space can fit up to 50 people seated and up to 60 standing.

What is included in the space hire?

Is there parking onsite?

Yes, we have 16 reserved parks onsite as well as street parking options available.

What is your payment schedule?

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. If you have any questions regarding payment please send our team an email at events@ciaobellaeventstudio.com

Do you offer packages?

Yes we do offer packages! Please send us an email with your event type and the team can get back to you with more information.

What hours can the space be used for?

Our space can be booked between the hours of 8AM to 4PM Monday to Saturday.

Please note this does not include bump in & bump out.

Can I arrive before my booking time to set up?

Entry to our event studio is only permitted during the hours of your booking. Bump in & Bump out must be during your allocated booking time so please keep this in mind when booking your hours in.

What can be hired?

We have a range of furniture and additional items that can be hired and used in the space. Please see our hire catalogue linked here.

Do you offer catering?

We do not offer catering however we do allow you to organise your own catering in the space.

We also have a list of recommend caterers if you need help with finding someone suitable for your event.

Is there air conditioning in the space?

Yes we have ducted air conditioning in the Ciao Bella Event Space.

Space Rules

  • If you wish to use the white boucle couch during your booking please be sure you have not fake tanned in the past 24 hours
  • If extra time is required to bump in/ out this must be done within the booking slot. If you require extra time this will incur a fee of $90 an hour 
  • Any damage caused to the space including damage to furniture, props, equipment or the space itself will require full payment to restore damage
  • Please do not drag furniture across the floor as this can damage it. The couch will require two people to move each section
  • Unnecessary mess will result in a cleaning charge of $100 
  • Please take all rubbish when you leave the space 
  • Please return all furniture to its original position before the end of your booking 
  • Please note our mirror is only leaning on walls for the convenience of moving around during bookings. Please ensure mirrors are leaning correctly to avoid falling and breaking 
  • Strict No Glitter or Confetti Policy - A $100 Cleaning Fee will be charged if Glitter or confetti is found post-booking
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises 
  • Your booking only permits access to the studio space and bathroom, please do not open any closed doors outside of the event space and bathroom.
  • No dirty shoes on the backdrop roll
  • If you need to change backdrops on back drop roll please notify event coordinator
